Yi So-owned First Gold Siling

London - China become the first country to get a gold medal at the 2012 London Olympics. Bamboo Curtain country took over the branch shoot, where Yi Siling be the best.

In the Royal Artillery Barracks, London, Saturday (28/07/2012), Yi won the gold medal at number 10 meter air rifle women. 23-year-old athlete recorded a total of 502.9 points in the final round.

Yi defeated the representative of Poland, Sylwia Bogacka, by a margin of 0.7 points. Bronze medal belonged to other Chinese athletes, Yu And, with 501.5 points.

Olympic gold medal completes a successful year for Yi. Earlier, world number one shooter is getting gold in Munich and silver in London in the series of the International Shooting Federation World Cup.
