Beware Carrick Revenge of The Gunners

Manchester - Arsenal never been humiliated by Manchester United at the start of this season. When the two teams met again, Michael Carrick wary of revenge motivation that may be carried by the Gunners.

When Arsenal visit Old Trafford, in August last year, they returned with bowed heads. Arsene Wenger was beaten by Manchester United with a sensational score of 2-8.

Sunday (1/22/2012) tomorrow, turn Arsenal who host Manchester United Emirates Stadium. When asked whether the 'cannon London' will try to reply to his defeat at Old Trafford in the game, Carrick said yes.

"Maybe. They did not start the season too well. But they are still there," he said on Sky Sports.

"Arsenal against Manchester United is always a big game. They want to win, so do we," said Carrick.

'Red Devils' need three points to the distance to Manchester City in the standings board does not widen. Moreover, the City will be playing first, and if you can beat Tottenham Hotspur, they will temporarily lead of six points clear of Manchester United.

"Manchester City is working properly. You must give credit to them," said Carrick.

"They made a good start, got a funny Christmas period, and now has risen again," he added.
